Back Brace

A Simple Guide to Back Brace

Many people get a sore back after sitting for hours, or feel stiff after lifting heavy things. A back brace is a very practical little helper for this.

It is not a common warm waist belt. It has soft support strips inside, to hold your waist gently and stop you from slouching or bending too much. It will not lock your waist completely, so you can still walk, turn around and do all your daily moves easily.

Wear it when you sit at work for long, your waist will not sink down, and the soreness will get much lighter. Put it on before lifting heavy things, it takes some pressure off your back, so you are less likely to twist your waist.

It is super easy to use: put the brace behind your waist, line the support strips up with your spine, stick the Velcro tight. The right fit is when you can easily slip one finger under the strap.

Do not wear it all day. Take it off after a few hours to rest, and stretch your waist sometimes. This will keep your back muscles in good shape.
