Roll Splint

The Roll Splint: A Handy Tool for Quick Injury Care

A roll splint is a super useful first aid tool. It is soft, light, and you can bend it into any shape you want. You do not need special tools to use it, so it works great for sudden injuries.

You can use it to fix a sprained ankle, a sore wrist, or a minor broken arm. It keeps the hurt part from moving too much, so the injury will not get worse while you go to see a doctor.

To use it right:Cover any small cut on your skin with a clean bandage first.
Bend the splint to fit your injured arm or leg. Make sure it is long enough to cover the joints above and below the hurt spot.
Wrap a soft bandage around it. Leave space so you can slip one finger under the bandage. If your fingers feel cold or tingly, loosen it right away.
This splint is only for temporary first aid. If you have a serious open wound or cannot feel your fingers, go to the hospital at once.
