Foot Splint

Foot Splint is a rigid foot support. Unlike soft ankle braces, it locks your foot and ankle in a safe, fixed position to stop the injured part from moving out of place.

It is widely used for first aid after mild foot fractures or bad ankle sprains. People also wear it at night to correct foot drop or mild flat feet, or use it after surgery to limit wrong movements and help the body heal faster.

Do not wear it 24 hours a day. Take it off for a short time every few hours to avoid sore skin. If you have serious foot deformity or nerve-related foot problems, see a doctor first before you pick one.
